You should read the Terms and Conditions set out below before purchasing goods using this website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of Mag Wheels, Mag & Tyre Packages over this website. In using this website for this purpose, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable Terms and Conditions governing the use of this website, including the Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

Ordering Procedure

You may offer to purchase Mag Wheels or other goods described in this website for the price specified on this website.

Your order must contain your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this website.

Confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address once your payment has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two business days please contact accounts@magz.com.au

Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions, include 'IN STOCK' product lines where current stocks are exhausted.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ask ALL questions before purchasing. MAGZ will always check car specifications before dispatch of any wheels but the information supplied by you must be correct. Upon receipt of payment you enter a legally binding contract for the purchase of the item(s).

Payment and Price

Payment must be effected by credit card using the ordering facility on this website. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We can also accept direct deposits to our bank account. Bank details can be supplied upon request by emailing accounts@magz.com.au. A copy of our Terms and Conditions need to be signed and returned before any stock can be released. Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services tax. In all other respects the price is exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or Overseas in connection with the supply of goods or services.

Cancellation due to Error or Unavailability

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or which are unavailable due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately credit account for the amount in question.

Incorrect Wheels Supplied

If MAGZ makes a mistake by sending you the incorrect fitment or wheel type, then MAGZ will arrange for the incorrect wheels to be picked up and replacement wheels delivered at no charge. If the error was made due to incorrect information being supplied to MAGZ then a freight charge for returning and re-sending the wheels will be on-charged to you before the replacement wheels are dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery of MAGZ wheels will be effected in the manner described on this website i.e. 'wheels purchased online will be dispatched by courier within two business days of receiving your payment'. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.

Privacy

We undertake to comply with the terms of our Privacy Policy in relation to the collection and use of your personal information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from or relating to your use of this website including the online purchase of MAGZ Wheels.

Details contained on this website relating to goods and services have been prepared in accordance with Australian law at the time of writing these Terms and Conditions and may not satisfy the laws of any other country. We do not warrant that the details on this website concerning those goods or services will satisfy the laws of any other country and may vary from State to State within Australia. It is your responsibility to determine whether these details satisfy the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside and if the details do not satisfy the laws of your jurisdiction, you may not order such goods or services from this website.

Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, MAGZ does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ slightly from the picture shown.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of the website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended.

Freight Charges

MAGZ offer to deliver Mag Wheels free of charge to certain main centres in NSW and Queensland. Confirmation of any freight charges is confirmed at the purchase stage when your postal code is requested. MAGZ also reserves the right to charge any freight costs before wheels are dispatched.

General

We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms and Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

Warranties

All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranty. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, MAGZ provides no separate warranty. Please email info@magz.com.au for further details.
