Q: Can I pay for my Mag Wheels by EFT or Direct Deposit?

Yes, all quotes and invoices have our bank details on them please ensure you use the quote/invoice number as a reference and send all payment remittances to accounts@magz.com.au

Q: Do I receive FREE wheel nuts when I order online?

Yes, we offer FREE wheel nuts for any Mag Wheel purchases completed online.

Q: Do Mag & Tyre packages come fitted and balanced?

Yes they can be delivered fitted and balanced however additional charges will apply. Wheel and tyres can also be delivered separately to avoid additional freight charges.

Q: Do Mag and Tyre Packages arrive ready to go on my car?

Yes, Mag & Tyre Packages can be delivered to your door fitted and balanced and ready to roll. There is additional cost associated for fitting and balancing and for freight due to the weight of inflated tyres.

Q: How are the Mags delivered to my door?

By Courier or delivered by a MAGZ representative. Charges apply for both.

Q: Can Mags be delivered to any location in Australia?

Yes, but there may be additional charges to deliveries in remote locations.

Q: Can I purchase the mag wheels I like from MAGZ and take them to my local tyre shop to purchase tyres and have them fitted to my car?

Yes, we can supply you the Mag wheels only so that you can take them to your local tyre shop.

Q: Can I legally put a mag wheel displayed as an alternative fitment on my car to use on the road?

In most cases NO, but please check with your local transport authority. The range displayed as alternative fitments will in most cases fit on the selected vehicle but are for off road use only. Modifications may be required for the correct fitment.

Q: Can I purchase a 5th or 6th Mag for my spare tyre or trailer?

In most cases YES, please contact us directly in regards to this as some of suppliers only sell their wheels as a set of 4

Q: Will MAGZ contact me after I have purchased online before the wheels are dispatched?

Yes, MAGZ will always contact their customers before any goods are dispatched to confirm that we have the correct fitment for your car.

Q: What happens if MAGZ send me wheels that do not fit my car?

If MAGZ have made a mistake by sending you the incorrect fitment or wheel type, then MAGZ will arrange for the incorrect wheels to be picked up and replacement wheels delivered at no charge. If the error was made due to incorrect information being supplied to MAGZ then a freight charge for re-sending and returning the wheels will be on charged to the customer before the replacement wheels are dispatched.

Q: If I purchase Mag Wheels with my Credit Card, can they be delivered to someone else?

Unfortunately not, due to credit card fraud we can only deliver wheels to the persons name that matches the credit card used. In some cases we need customers to complete a 100 point ID check.
